Process Development

Are you developing a new refrigeration process on a new refrigerated food product?

We have helped our clients to develop a wide range of refrigeration and food production processes. We help clients to design and perform development trials often being involved from the initial concept through to the final commercialisation stage

Our inputs include

Initial trail design

  • On-going assistance in the performance of measurements

  • Interpretation of data and project development

  • Compilation of written and verbal reports

  • Assistance in the production of publishable reports

In particular we specialise in providing assistance on:

  • heat transfer,

  • refrigeration techniques,

  • formulation and its effects on physical properties of foods,

  • and the assessment of the  thermal and physical properties of foods
